Once I confirm your order you'll have 48h to send the payment, otherwise your order will be canceled!

Payment is via Paypal Invoice only (Euro or USD)

Please make sure to have selected "no address needed" before sending the payment!

It might take from 1 week to 4 months for me to finish your commission.

A WIP (Work In Progress) of the sketch will be sent out to the client to ask for opinions and changes. Any changes during this process will be free!

If I have completed your order wrong please don’t be scared to discuss with me!

As the creator of my artwork, I reserve the right to post and share any artwork I create. Though, I'll keep art private if the commissioner tells me to do it.

As my client, you are free to use your commissioned artwork anywhere you please. Credit is heavily appreciated!

Do not claim the art as your own.

Commercial use of my art is not allowed!

Full Refunds can only be discussed if I have not yet started working on your piece (check out my trello)

If you want to cancel the commission after I've started working on it,I have the right to keep part of the price based on where I arrived (sketch, lineart, coloring ect ...)

If for various reasons I am unable to complete your commission, you will be contacted by me and I will give you a full refund of your commission!
